Development Work definition

Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
Development Work means, with respect to a Project, the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Project Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Homes.
Development Work means an energy audit and (to the extent appropriate) a facilities survey of the Authority Facilities each undertaken by the Contractor, including the documenting of the same, the scope of which shall be agreed between the parties but shall at a minimum cover the following: [to be completed on project specific basis including reference to all such work necessary for the development and production of the (i) Investment Grade Audit (ii) Investment Grade Proposal (iii) Measurement and Verification Plan and the sample savings report all in accordance with the terms of the mini-competition process including without prejudice the ITMC and the ITMC Proposal];

Examples of Development Work in a sentence

  • Development Work determined to be deficient and not in conformance with this Agreement by the third-party civil engineer shall be corrected by Seller within twenty (20) days, if reasonably practicable to do so, of receipt of the third-party engineer’s report.

  • If Bxxxx delivers written notice to Seller stating that Seller has not delivered all of the Completion Documents or that the Development Work (except the Post Completion Work) is not complete as provided in this Agreement, then the “Completion Date” shall be deemed to have occurred on the date that Buyer and Seller have reasonably agreed that Seller has corrected or fulfilled all deficiencies.

Development Work means the work to be performed hereunder by Healtheon to develop the Developed Applications.
