Dividend Payment Period definition

Dividend Payment Period means in respect of any share of Series A Preferred Stock the period from and including the Issuance Date of such share to but excluding the next Dividend Payment Date and, subsequently, in each case the period from and including any Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Dividend Payment Date.
Dividend Payment Period means the period from and including the applicable Issuance Date to, but excluding, the applicable Initial Dividend Payment Date and, subsequent to such Initial Dividend Payment Date, the period from and including any Dividend Payment Date to, but excluding, the next Dividend Payment Date.
Dividend Payment Period means in respect of any share of Series B Preferred Stock the period from and including the Issuance Date of such share to but excluding the next Dividend Payment Date and, subsequently, in each case the period from and including any Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Dividend Payment Date.

  • The amount of Dividends payable with respect to any share of Series A Preferred Stock for any Dividend Payment Period shall equal the sum of the daily Dividend amounts accrued in accordance with the prior sentence of this Section 4(b) with respect to such share during such Dividend Payment Period.
