DLA Piper means DLA Piper LLP (US).

DLA Piper has the meaning set forth in Section 11.15.

DLA Piper means DLA Piper LLP and its affiliated entities, predecessors, successors, and each of their respective partners, principals, officers, directors, attorneys, and Professionals, and other advisors, agents, employees, representatives, and other Persons acting or purporting to act on their behalf.
