Draw Down Pricing Period definition

Draw Down Pricing Period means a period of twenty-two (22) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the date specified in the Draw Down Notice (as defined in Section 5.1(f) herein); provided, however, the Draw Down Pricing Period shall not begin before the day on which receipt of such notice is confirmed by the Purchaser.
Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.
Draw Down Pricing Period means a period of 30 consecutive Trading Days commencing with the first Trading Day designated in each Draw Down Notice.

Draw Down Pricing Period means a period of 20 consecutive Trading Days commencing with the first Trading Day designated in each Draw Down Notice.
