Eligible Securities Depository means a system for the central handling of securities as defined in Rule 17f-4 under the Investment Company Act that meets the requirements of an “eligible securities depository” under Rule 17f-7 under the Investment Company Act, as such may be amended or interpreted from time to time by the Commission.
