Engagement Documentation definition

Engagement Documentation means any individual, personal or entity questionnaire or any individual, company, partnership, foundation or trust information form (or similar document), executed or completed by a Client or Client Owner and returned to JTC as confirmation for the provision of Services;
Engagement Documentation means the company or partnership form, trust information form or the foundation information form (as applicable), provided to the Client or Client Owner by Minerva in respect of the Services, in such form as may be amended from time to time;
Engagement Documentation means the corporate information form, trust information form or the foundation information form as well as any other form Minerva will consider necessary in order to open a file for a client, as applicable and provided to the Client by Minerva in respect of the Services, in such form as may be amended from time to time;

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.
