Exchangeable Share definition

Exchangeable Share means a share in the class of non-voting exchangeable shares in the capital of ExchangeCo having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth in the Exchangeable Share Provisions.
Exchangeable Share means an exchangeable share in the capital of Canadian Exchange Co.

More Definitions of Exchangeable Share

Exchangeable Share shall have the meaning set forth in the second paragraph hereof.
