Facility Description definition

Facility Description. Up to $115,000,000 (but not less than $100,000,000) term loan (the "Facility") with a maturity of six months from the date of closing of the Panhandle Eastern Acquisition (the "Closing Date"), but in no event later than September 1, 2003 (the "Maturity Date"). The Facility will be available for drawdown until the Closing Date, but in no event later than May 1, 2003.
Facility Description. Trade Bank will make the Revolving Credit Facility available to finance Borrower's working capital. The Revolving Credit Facility may be supported by (i) a standby letter of credit in favor of Trade Bank, (ii) a guarantee or (iii) accounts receivable, inventory or other collateral.
