General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.
Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.
Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.
Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.
Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the Federal Register by the United States Department of Health and Human Services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.
Federal program means any of the following:
former provisions means the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1936 which, by force of section 134 of the Petroleum Act are deemed to subsist and enure in their application to or in relation to the Xxxxxx Island Lease;
Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
Surviving Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 10.02.
Arrangement Provisions means Part 9, Division 5 of the BCBCA;
Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.
Hague-Visby Rules means the provisions of the International Convention for the Unification of certain rules Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25th August 1924 as amended by the Visby Protocol of 23rd February 1968 and the SDR Protocol of 21st December 1979;
Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;
Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
Limitation of Liability Insert the following Section 15, after Section 14:
the data protection principles means the principles set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to that Act, as read subject to Part II of that Schedule and to section 27(1) of that Act;
Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.
Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;
provisions means "provisions, terms, agreements, covenants and/or conditions"; (iii) "lien" shall mean "lien, charge, encumbrance, title retention agreement, pledge, security interest, mortgage and/or deed of trust"; (iv) "obligation" shall mean "obligation, duty, agreement, liability, covenant and/or condition"; (v) "any of the Leased Premises" shall mean "the Leased Premises or any part thereof or interest therein"; (vi) "any of the Land" shall mean "the Land or any part thereof or interest therein"; (vii) "any of the Improvements" shall mean "the Improvements or any part thereof or interest therein"; (viii) "any of the Equipment" shall mean "the Equipment or any part thereof or interest therein"; and (ix) "any of the Adjoining Property" shall mean "the Adjoining Property or any part thereof or interest therein".
Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.
Definitions In this Agreement:
Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);
