Formal Grievance Process definition

Formal Grievance Process means a method of formal resolution designated by MCCCD to address conduct that falls within the policies included below, and which complies with the requirements of 34 CFR Part 106.45.
Formal Grievance Process means “Process A,” a method of formal resolution designated by the University to address conduct that falls within the policies included below, and which complies with the requirements of the Title IX regulations (34 CFR §106.45).

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Policy Grievance is defined as a difference between the parties relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. A policy grievance may be submitted by either party at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. A policy grievance shall be signed by a CLAC Representative and submitted to the Employer. A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9
