Examples of Policy Grievance in a sentence
Within the terms of this Agreement, a Union or Home Policy Grievance shall be defined as any difference between the Home and the Union concerning the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including a question as to whether or not a matter is arbitrable.
Policy Grievance - A policy grievance filed by the Union, as distinguished from a grievance filed by an individual employee, may be filed at Step Ill o the grievance procedure.
The Society may initiate an unresolved dispute as a Policy Grievance.
A Policy Grievance shall be presented at Step 1 to the Union or the Director of Education.
