Funds Availability Policy means a policy kept at the discretion of the Bank and includes a variety of factors relating to the availability of funds in an Account. While the availability of funds shall always remain subject to the Bank’s unencumbered and sole discretion, it is informed by those various legal and financial risks particular to your Account. Related to Funds Availability Policy

  • Revolving Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Maturity Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Commitments.
