Future Obligations definition

Future Obligations means all payment or delivery obligations (whether the underlying obligation was absolute or contingent and assuming the satisfaction of each applicable condition precedent) of a party under Section 2(a)(i) in respect of a Terminated Transaction or group of Terminated Transactions, that would, but for the occurrence of the relevant Early Termination Date, have been required after that date. (For this purpose, Unpaid Amounts in respect of the Terminated Transaction or group of Terminated Transactions are to be excluded but, without limitation, any payment or delivery that would, but for the relevant Early Termination Date, have been required (assuming satisfaction of each applicable condition precedent) after that Early Termination Date is to be included).
Future Obligations means any acts, matter or thing, which a party to this Contract will be liable to do (in the future) pursuant to a term of this Contract.
Future Obligations means any obligations under or by virtue of this deed which at the time of any proposed assignment or novation contemplated by clause 12.1 (“Developer dealing with interests”) are required to be performed or satisfied by the Developer at any time from or after the date on which that assignment or novation takes effect. Future Obligations. Any obligations and duties, which by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to the confidentiality obligations under Section 8 and the Indemnity obligations under Section 20, shall survive any expiration and termination and remain in effect.

Future Obligations means collectively, all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Company, whether now or hereafter existing, arising pursuant to the terms of any Future Loan Agreement.
