Governmental subdivisions definition

Governmental subdivisions means a city, county or rural fire protection district in this state whose functions include regu- lation of building use and occupancy and the administration of fire safety laws, ordinances and regulations. [Formerly 476.800; 1985 c.118 §1; 1993 c.185 §24]
