Grievance Policy definition

Grievance Policy means the school’s internal procedures through which a student may formally make a complaint regarding actions of a school and a school may make its response to such a complaint.

Grievance Policy. The School District, in cooperation with Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center, will investigate all complaints regarding Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center’s Practitioner(s)’ services to students according to the School District’s current policies and procedures. The School District shall provide a current copy of relevant policies to Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center and will provide Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center revised policy if said revisions affect the provisions of this Agreement. Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center Practitioner(s) will evaluate and treat School District students in accordance with the established IEP and provide recommendations for care as appropriate. Licensed Professionals: Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center will make available to the School District, as requested, Practitioners who are qualified and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have at least one year of experience in the Speech Pathology field. Credentials: Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center certifies that Practitioners providing services under this Agreement shall meet all applicable local, state and federal licensing, regulatory, and educational requirements to perform speech therapy. Upon initiation of contract, Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center will provide to the School District, for each employee providing services, the following documentation: a copy of the professional license, Speech Language Pathologist/CCC/ASHA membership or a copy of the degree if therapist is CFY, clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, and State Police) as appropriate for student population and/or required by state law, and current CPR/First Aid certifications.   • Grievance means a dispute arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
