Investor Report definition

Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

Investor Report means a report of the Servicer, delivered pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B thereto.

Investor Report means the Investor Report of the Borrower substantially in the form of Schedule I hereto.

Examples of Investor Report in a sentence

• The Servicer shall undertake such calculations as necessary to provide the required reports, including the Monthly Investor Report to the relevant Transaction Parties.

• The Calculation Agent has been appointed pursuant to this Agreement to check that the Order of Priority calculations expressly set out in the waterfall table of the Monthly Investor Report have been performed correctly by the Servicer.

• Agree the Loan information disclosed in the Subject Investor Report with the Source Materials.

More Definitions of Investor Report

Investor Report means the report to be delivered by the Transaction Agent to the Senior Noteholders on each monthly Information Date substantially in the form set out in schedule 11 (Form of Investor Report) to the Framework Agreement and, if amended, in form and substance satisfactory to the Transaction Agent.

Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto, furnished by the Collection Agent to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.07.

Investor Report means the ongoing quarterly investor reports required pursuant to and in accordance with Article 7(1)(e) of the Securitisation Regulation.

Investor Report means the monthly report made available to the Covered Bondholders, the Security Trustee, the Bond Trustee and the Rating Agencies detailing, inter alia, compliance with the Asset Coverage Test; Investor Put has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.5; Irrecoverable VAT means any amount in respect of VAT incurred by a party to the Transaction Documents (for the purposes of this definition, a Relevant Party) as part of a payment in respect of which it is entitled to be indemnified under the relevant Transaction Documents to the extent that the Relevant Party does not or will not receive and retain a credit or repayment of such VAT as input tax (as that expression is defined in Section 24(1) of the Value Added Tax Act 1994) for the prescribed accounting period (as that expression is used in Section 25(1) of the Value Added Tax Act 1994) to which such input tax relates; ISDA means the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. ISDA Definitions means the 2006 ISDA Definitions, as published by ISDA; ISDA Master Agreement means the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency – Cross Border), as published by ISDA; ISDA Rate has the meaning given to it in Condition 4.2(b)(i) (Interest – Interest on Floating Rate Covered Bonds and Variable Interest Covered Bonds – Rate of Interest – ISDA Determination for Floating Rate Covered Bonds) of the Programme Conditions and/or, in the case of an N Covered Bond, the meaning set out in the relevant N Covered Bond Conditions (if applicable);
