Library Film definition

Library Film with respect to each Territory shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Exhibit.
Library Film means any film made available during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (c) of Section 1.7 of the VOD General Terms.
Library Film means any Designated Current Feature, Excluded Delayed Current Feature and any feature-length motion picture that does not qualify as a Current Feature hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (i) of Section 1.1.6.

More Definitions of Library Film

Library Film means any film made available hereunder that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in the definition of Current Film.
Library Film means a Feature Film made available by Licensor during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (d) of the definition of “Current Film”, which Licensor shall designate as Tier A, Tier B or Tier C.
Library Film any film that Licensor makes available to Licensee during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and which does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (iii) of Section 1.12.
Library Film means any feature-length audio-visual program made available by Licensor during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all rights, licenses and approvals necessary to grant the rights granted hereunder.
Library Film means any feature-length audio-visual program made available to Licensee by Licensor for commercial airline in-flight exhibition during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (c) of the definition of such term.
Library Film means any film made available hereunder during the Avail Term for which Licensor or any other SPE Entity unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (c) of the definition of “Current Film” above.
Library Film means a feature-length motion picture made available by Licensor during the Avail Term for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights and that does not qualify as a Current Film hereunder due to its failure to meet the criteria set forth in subclause (c) of Section 1.17, and which is not an MFT or DTV.
