Manuals and Technical Records definition

Manuals and Technical Records means, with respect to the Aircraft or any Engine, all logs, logbooks, manuals and data, and inspection, modification and overhaul records (including all job cards) and other records required to be maintained under applicable rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and if any of the same are not in the English language, certified English translations thereof.
Manuals and Technical Records means all such books, records, logs, manuals, handbooks, technical data, drawings and other materials and documents (whether or not kept or required to be kept in compliance with any applicable laws or the requirements of the Classification Society) relating to the Ship;
Manuals and Technical Records means all such manuals, technical data, log books, maintenance records, engineering documentation and other records pertaining to the Aircraft to be maintained by Lessee as required hereunder or as shall be required to comply with the requirements of the FAA and the Manufacturer from time to time in force and the requirements of any other governmental body having jurisdiction over the Aircraft.

Examples of Manuals and Technical Records in a sentence

  • Subject to Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 5.3 and to Excusable Delay, at least ten (10) days prior to the Scheduled Delivery Date (the "Delivery Inspection Date"), Lessee shall have the right to inspect the Aircraft and the Manuals and Technical Records at the Technical Acceptance Location to ensure the Aircraft’s conformity with the Delivery Condition.

  • Lessee shall make the Aircraft and the Manuals and Technical Records (and the Maintenance Program for reference purposes only by Lessor) available on or prior to the Return Inspection Date or, if earlier, the Termination Date, for the inspections contemplated in Schedule 6 at the Return Location.

More Definitions of Manuals and Technical Records

Manuals and Technical Records means all such records, logs, manuals, handbooks, technical data, drawings, and other materials and documents relating to the Rig which are required to be maintained in accordance with Clause 19.12 (Manuals and Technical Records).
Manuals and Technical Records means all records, logs, manuals, technical data, inspection, modification and overhaul records and other materials and documents (whether kept or to be kept in compliance with any regulation of the FAA or any other governmental body having jurisdiction) or otherwise relating to the Aircraft including but not limited to those manuals and technical records set out in SCHEDULE D hereto.
Manuals and Technical Records means all such manuals, technical data, log books and other records pertaining to the Aircraft (including, without limitation, the technical manuals and aircraft records listed in Exhibit C hereto) to be maintained by Lessee as shall be required to comply with the requirements of the FAA from time to time in force.
Manuals and Technical Records means, with respect to each Aircraft or each Engine, all records, logs, technical data and manuals relating to the maintenance and operation of that Aircraft (including all documents defined as Aircraft Documentation under the relevant Lease) or that Engine, which the Lessee of that Aircraft is required by the terms of the relevant Lease to return to the lessor under that Lease upon the expiration or termination of the term of that Lease, together with any similar documents maintained by any Asset Owning Entities with respect to any period when an Aircraft was not subject to a Lease.
Manuals and Technical Records means all such manuals, technical data, log books and other records pertaining to the Aircraft (including, without limitation, the technical manuals and aircraft records listed in Exhibit D hereto) to be maintained by Lessee or as shall be required to comply with the requirements of the Aeronautical Authority from time to time in force. All such manuals, technical data, logbooks and other records shall be maintained in English or with English translations.
Manuals and Technical Records means, with respect to any Aircraft, Engine or Part, (a) all books, logs, manuals and data, and inspection, maintenance, modification and overhaul records (including all job cards) and any certificates or documents as are required to be maintained with respect to such Aircraft Engine or Part under applicable rules and regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority referable to such Aircraft or by applicable supplier warranties (or other similar guarantees or warranties of any Manufacturer or supplier of any Aircraft, Engine or Part) or by any applicable requirements of any insurer to be kept or maintained with regard to such Aircraft, Engine or Part and (b) all such records as shall be necessary to constitute complete, accurate and current records (i) in accordance with good aeronautical practice of flights made by such Aircraft, Engine or Part, (ii) of all maintenance modifications and repairs carried out and all incidents and damage occurring to such Aircraft, Engine or Part and (iii) to show the location of such Aircraft, Engine or Part.
Manuals and Technical Records means all such manuals, technical data, log books and other records pertaining to the Aircraft (including, without limitation, the technical manuals and aircraft records listed in Exhibit D hereto) to be maintained by Lessee or as shall be required to comply with the requirements of the Aeronautical Authority from time to time in force. All such manuals, technical data, log books and other records shall be maintained in English or with English translations.
