Notice Program definition

Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

Notice Program means the notice program described in Section 5.

Notice Program means the notice program described in Section VII.

• The Court shall also retain jurisdiction over all questions and/or disputes related to the Notice Program and the Settlement Administrator.

• The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, effectuating the Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund as provided herein.

• Notices provided under or as part of the Notice Program shall not bear or include the Defendant’s logo or trademarks or the return address of Defendant, or otherwise be styled to appear to originate from Defendant.

• Upon the request of any of the Parties, the Parties agree to promptly provide each other with copies of objections, requests for exclusion, or other filings received as a result of the Notice Program.

• As soon as practicable after Preliminary Approval of the Settlement, at the direction of Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel, the Settlement Administrator shall implement the Notice Program provided herein, using the forms of Notice approved by the Court.

More Definitions of Notice Program

Notice Program means the program for disseminating the Class Notice to Settlement Class Members, including public dissemination of the Summary Notice, in accordance with the terms herein.

Notice Program means the notice methods provided for in this Agreement and consists of (1) e-mailed Notice to all Settlement Class Members at the e- mail address on file in Earnin’s business records and (2) Notice posted on the Settlement Website. The forms of Notice shall be substantially in the forms attached as Exhibits A-B to this Agreement and approved by the Court, and the Notice Program shall be effected in substantially the manner provided in Section VII.

Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving notice of the Settlement and includes the Class Notice.

Notice Program means the program for informing potential Class Members about the proposed Settlement, including the Individual Notice, the Claim Form, the Summary Notice, and the manner of delivering and publishing such notices or forms.

Notice Program means the plans and methods for the dissemination of the Notice provided for and agreed to in this Agreement in Section VIII.

Notice Program means the notice plan and methods provided for in this Settlement and consists of: (a) a direct mail notice to Settlement Class Members (“Mail Notice”); (b) publication notice (as described in more detail below); (c) notice posted on the Settlement Website; and (d) such other notice as is required by due process and Rule 23. The Notice Program shall be effected in substantially the manner provided for in this Settlement.

Notice Program means the plan approved by the Court for disseminating the Settlement Notices as set forth herein.
