Occupation Certificate definition

Occupation Certificate means any occupation certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;
Occupation Certificate means the certificate issued by the Drakenstein Municipality evidencing that the Buildings can be occupied;
Occupation Certificate means an occupation certificate as defined under section 6.4 of the Act, or if the Former Building and Subdivision Provisions apply, section 109C of the Act, and includes an interim Occupation Certificate, a final Occupation Certificate or a partial Occupation Certificate as the case may be; Public Reserve has the same meaning as in the Local Government Xxx 0000; Public Road has the same meaning as in the Roads Xxx 0000;

Occupation Certificate means the statutory approval by a competent local authority certifying a building's completion, compliance with applicable building codes and fitness for occupancy.
Occupation Certificate means the first occupation certificate issued in respect of the Development. Outstanding HFS means the amount of HFS required under the conditions of the Development Consent and remaining to be allocated to the Development at the date of this document, as set out at Item 9 of Schedule 1 of this document.
