Offer Document definition

Offer Document means an offer document dispatched to shareholders of the Target setting out in full the terms and conditions of an Offer.
Offer Document means a red herring prospectus, prospectus or shelf prospectus, as applicable, referred to under the Companies Act, 2013, in case of a public issue, and a letter of offer in case of a rights issue;

More Definitions of Offer Document

Offer Document has the meaning specified in the definition of "Offer to Purchase."
Offer Document means the offer document published by or on behalf of the Bidco in connection with any Offer, including any revised offer document;
