Tender Document definition

Tender Document means the Document provided by a Purchaser to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of its Tender;

Tender Document means the Document provided by a Procuring Entity to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of the Tender; and

Tender Document means this Tender document comprised of sections listed in the List of Contents, issued by Metrolinx for the Work to be provided, and any Addenda thereto.

• The name, identification, and number of lots (contracts) of this Tender Document are specified in the TDS.

Tender Document means the set of papers detailing the schedule of works, calendar of events, requirement of goods and services, technical specifications, procurement criteria and such other particulars, as may be prescribed for evaluation and comparison of tender.
