Omnibus Incentive Plan definition

Omnibus Incentive Plan means our 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan.

Omnibus Incentive Plan means (i) Constellation Energy Partners LLC Long-Term Incentive Plan, (ii) the Constellation Energy Partners LLC 2009 Omnibus Incentive Plan and (iii) any successor plan adopted by CEP or any of its Affiliates for the benefit of the employees of CEP or any of its Affiliates.

Omnibus Incentive Plan means the Under Armour, Inc. 2005 Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and restated from time to time.

Examples of Omnibus Incentive Plan in a sentence

• This Agreement granting the Employee an award of restricted stock units under the Plan (the “Award”) shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the DXC Technology Company 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement.

• This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Company’s 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as may be amended from time to time (the “Plan”), and, unless defined herein or the context requires otherwise, terms used herein as defined terms shall have the same meanings as in the Plan.

• These grant awards shall (i) be issued under the Company’s 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan (as amended from time to time, the “OIP”) and (ii) be subject to the same form Company’s standard form of time-based and performance-based grant agreements.

Omnibus Incentive Plan has the meaning specified in Section 9.09.
