Company Incentive Plan definition

Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.

Company Incentive Plan means the 2015 Management Incentive Plan of the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Company Incentive Plan means any equity or omnibus incentive plan adopted by the Company or assumed by the Company in connection with the Partnering Transaction or any other acquisition or partnering transaction involving the Company, or any other compensatory equity-based award or inducement award.

• Prior to the Initial Merger Effective Time, the Company Board (or, if appropriate, any committee thereof administering the applicable Company Incentive Plan) shall take all such actions as are necessary to approve and effectuate the foregoing provisions of this Section 5.6, including, without limitation, making any determinations or adopting resolutions of the Company Board or a committee thereof or any administrator of the Company Incentive Plans as may be necessary.

Company Incentive Plan means the Company’s 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended.
