Operating Managers definition

Operating Managers means the Member or Members selected by the Members in accordance with this Agreement to serve as Operating Manager or Operating Managers of the Company.
Operating Managers means such person or Persons as a majority of the Members shall elect from time to time.

  • Each Subsidiary shall execute a separate Operating Agreement between the Company, the Subsidiary and the Subsidiary Operating Manager(s) setting out the Subsidiary’s general operating and governance provisions and the Operating Managers’ authority and responsibility for that particular Subsidiary.

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Quality Manager means the individual identified by the Design-Builder who is responsible for the overall Quality Control program and Quality Control activities of the Design-Builder, including the quality of management, design and construction. (also referred to as the “Quality Control Manager”).

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM. PJM Manuals:

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.

  • Operating Advisor means the operating advisor appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • City Manager means the City Manager of the City.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
