Ordering Document definition

Ordering Document or "order" means a document that is expressly governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by which, when accepted by Oracle, You order Services from Oracle.

Ordering Document means the purchase agreement, evaluation agreement, beta, pre-release agreement or similar agreement between the Company and Cisco or the Company and a Cisco reseller, or the valid terms of any purchase order accepted by Cisco in connection therewith, containing the purchase terms for the Software license granted by this Agreement.

Ordering Document means collectively the Order Form(s) and SOW(s).

Examples of Ordering Document in a sentence

• Each reference to an Ordering Document shall mean the applicable Ordering Document.

• No Ordering Document subsequent to any previous Ordering Document shall affect any previous Ordering Document, unless expressly stated to the contrary in such subsequent Ordering Document.

• However, (a) if Customer orders Technical Support, the preceding sentence does not relieve Samsung SDS of its obligation to provide such Technical Support under the Customer Agreement, if and when available, in accordance with Samsung SDS’s then current Technical Support policies, and (b) the preceding sentence does not change the rights granted to Customer under an Ordering Document and the Customer Agreement.

• SCHEDULE H – HARDWARE HARDWARE SCHEDULE (This Hardware Schedule is intended to be attached to the General Terms.) This Hardware Schedule (this “Hardware Schedule”) is a Schedule to the General Terms of the Customer Agreement and all such terms shall apply to Hardware ordered by a Customer under an Ordering Document to this Hardware Schedule.

• SCHEDULE SW – SOFTWARE SOFTWARE SCHEDULE (This Software Schedule is intended to be attached to the General Terms.) This Software Schedule (this “Software Schedule”) is a Schedule to the General Terms of the Customer Agreement and all such terms shall apply to Software ordered by a Customer under an Ordering Document to this Software Schedule.

More Definitions of Ordering Document

Ordering Document means the document executed by Customer that identifies the specific quantities, charges, and other applicable terms and conditions (including other exhibits) of Customer’s order of DN products, software and/or services, as they relate to this exhibit.

Ordering Document means the instrument(s) of contracting, such as “PO”, “Purchase Order”, “Release”, “Contract”, “Subcontract”, “Task Order”, or other such type designation, into which this Agreement is incorporated.

Ordering Document means any order on a Tableau order form which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.

Ordering Document. (a/k/a “Quote” a/k/a “Binding Quote”) means a binding pricing document, and/or ordering form (or online form as part of an online promotion or service, trial or otherwise), that references this Agreement and sets forth the IronNet Hardware, IronNet Offerings, IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services, and/or IronNet Professional Services provided to Customer under this Agreement and the prices therefor. An Ordering Document is between Customer and either (i) IronNet, or (ii) an authorized IronNet reseller (“Reseller”).
