Period definition

Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;
Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.
Period means a day, week, 1 month, or other subdivision of a year.

Examples of Period in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date.

  • During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter.
