Principal Contact definition

Principal Contact means each individual designated in writing by the Subscriber who is authorized to administer the SEDAR operations and use of the SEDAR Filing Services on behalf of the Subscriber;
Principal Contact means the principal contact nominated by the Grantee for the purposes of this Funding Agreement, as specified in item Error: Reference source not found of the Details.

Principal Contact shall be the individual named in The Customer Contract and communication with Proactis on Maintenance and Support Services must be through the Principal Contact (who may be substituted or replaced from time to time, upon notice to Proactis).
