Project Change Order definition

Project Change Order means a written order signed by the Client and the EPC Contractor after execution of this Agreement, indicating changes in the Scope of Work, date of Substantial Completion, the cost of such changes in Scope of Work, and or date of Final Completion, including substitutions proposed by the EPC Contractor and or its Subcontractor(s) and accepted by the Client in its sole discretion. Project Change Orders shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the Client and the EPC Contractor, notwithstanding any principles of law to the contrary.
Project Change Order means a document in the form set out at the Seventh Schedule hereto; 1.1.27 "Regulatory Bodies" shall mean the authorities, imposing rules and regulations with which the construction and outfit of the Vessel must comply in accordance with the Specifications;

Examples of Project Change Order in a sentence

  • The terms of a mutually agreed upon Project Change Order will prevail over those of this SOW or any previous Project Change Orders.

  • Such Project Change Order may require additional charges, which will be set forth in the Project Change Order.

  • The Project Change Order will describe the change, the rationale for the change, and specify any change in the charges, estimated schedule, or other terms.

  • This Amendment, consisting of three (3) pages including Attachment A, entitled Project Change Order No. 1 and presents the entire and integrated Amendment between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representation, and agreements, whether written or oral concerning the subject hereof.

  • Except in an emergency, the EPC Contractor may not proceed with any changes in the Work resulting from a Claim absent a Project Change Order.

  • The EPC Contractor shall promptly give the Client written notice but no later than five (5) Days after the occurrence of an event or circumstance which could not have reasonably been foreseen by the EPC Contractor with respect to the timing of completion of the Work or giving rise to a change in the Scope of Work that it reasonably believes requires a Project Change Order (a “Claim”).

  • The Required Substantial Completion Date or the Required Final Completion Date shall not be extended unless agreed to by written Project Change Order signed by the Client and the EPC Contractor.

  • In the case of a Project Change Order and or changes in the Work, the Client and the EPC Contractor may determine that EPC Contractor’s compensation for each such Project Change Order and or change in the Work may be either a stipulated sum, or the actual cost of such work plus EPC Contractor’s fee, or otherwise.

  • The execution of a Project Change Order by the EPC Contractor shall constitute conclusive evidence of the EPC Contractor’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Work, the Contract Documents as thus amended, the EPC Contractor’s compensation and the Required Substantial Completion Date.

  • If Client, at its sole discretion, elects to not approve a Project Change Order recommended by EPC Contractor, EPC Contractor may elect, at its sole discretion, to settle any difference or dispute through the dispute resolution process in Article 20 of this Agreement.

Related to Project Change Order

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
