Project Records definition

Project Records means all information, materials and data of every kind and character and form (hard copy, as well as computer readable data), including without limitation, records, books, papers, documents, notes, subscriptions, recordings, agreements, purchase orders, leases, contracts, commitments, arrangements, payrolls, subcontractor files, original estimates, Applications for Payment, Change Orders, job cost reports, project notes, daily diaries, superintendent reports, drawings, receipts, vouchers and memoranda, and any and all other agreements, sources of information and matter that may in Owner’s judgment have any bearing on or pertain to any matters, rights, duties or obligations under or covered by the Contract Documents to the extent necessary to adequately permit evaluation and verification of: (a) Contractor compliance with the Contract Documents; (b) compliance with Owner’s business ethics policies; and (c) compliance with provisions for pricing change orders, invoices or claims submitted by the Contractor or his payees.
Project Records means all administrative and financial records required to be prepared or gathered by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all books, papers, invoices, receipts, accounting records, payroll records, personnel records, designs, plans, reports, financial disclosures, audits, other disclosures, certifications, investigations, videos, work product, and any other documents, data, and records pertaining to this Agreement.
Project Records means all records relating to the Plant accumulated, prepared or maintained by the Operator per request of or for Owner as part of the Work under this Agreement during the Term, whether prepared on paper, stored electronically, or by any other media.

Examples of Project Records in a sentence

  • All Project Records, as applicable, shall be maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • The Contractor shall keep such accurate and comprehensive Project Records as are (i) necessary for proper administration and performance of the Work and (ii) required by law or this Contract.

  • Therefore, the Contractor shall make the Project Records available at its offices at all reasonable times during the performance of the Work and for four (4) years from the Governing Board accepts the Work.

  • However, if any audit is commenced within such four (4) year period, the Contractor shall make the Project Records available at all reasonable times until proceedings related to such audit are complete and all statutes of limitation related thereto have expired.

  • In the event the SCCOE notifies the Contractor that federal funds have been used in connection with the Project, the Contractor shall retain and make available the Project Records for such longer period as may be required by federal law.


More Definitions of Project Records

Project Records shall consist of all printed or electronic plans, specifications, contracts, reports, notes, or other documents prepared by or for the Municipality or the Selected Developer in connection with the Highway Project. The Municipality shall require copies of all Project Records from the Selected Developer, and shall retain all Project Records for at least four (4) years from the date of MaineDOT’s final acceptance of the Project. If any litigation, claim, negotiation or audit has begun before the end of this four (4) year period, all Project Records shall be kept at least until all action and resolution of all issues arising from it are complete. All Project Records shall be provided to MaineDOT upon request after completion or termination of the Highway Project.
Project Records means the reports to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to clause 74.7.8, containing the information set out within Appendix 4 (Form of Project Report) to this Agreement Public Safety Incident - an incident, which results in serious personal injury to or death of any Authority Related Party or Tenant which may have been caused by a negligent act or omission of the Contractor or any Contractor Related Party in the performance of the Works and/or the Services Qualification Criteria means the criteria that the Authority requires tenderers to meet as part of the Tender Process which (subject to compliance with the procurement regulations) shall be:
Project Records means the following documents and materials, but only if such documents and materials are related to the Project: Contract Documents, plans and specifications, inspection reports, invoices related to Project Costs, and documents that evidence payment of Project Costs or the basis for such payments. Project Records also means such other documents that (a) are reasonably necessary to evaluate (i) whether the Project has been or is being constructed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement; (ii) whether the certifications that have been made in any Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 0X Payment Request or Convention Center Payment Request are true and correct; (iii) whether Developer is in compliance with Article XIII; (iv) the existence of any Force Majeure Event that Developer asserts exists and the duration of any delay in connection therewith; or (vi) the amount of Project Costs that have been or will be incurred; and (b) are reasonably requested by the Public Agencies; provided, however, that “Project Records” with respect only to such other documents under clauses (a) and (b) above shall not include any of the following: proprietary documents and information, documents and information that are subject to confidentiality agreements which do not permit their disclosure to the Public Agencies, documents and information that are subject to the attorney client privilege, tax advisor privilege, internal communications among Developer, its Affiliates or any of their respective officers, employees or agents (including, without limitation, attorneys and tax advisors and consultants), communications among Developer, Marriott, any lender, any direct or indirect owner of Developer or any of their respective officers, employees or agents. Developer may redact from documents provided under clauses (a) and (b) above any information that is not reasonably necessary for the purposes of such clauses.
Project Records means all records, plans, blueprints, work plans, diagrams, log books, data, sampling, testing and investigation records, computer records, files and data, reports, and all other information and documents relating to the location, design, construction and O&M of the Chino I GAC Treatment Plants and related conveyance lines, extraction wells and/or related infrastructure contemplated by this Agreement, and the supporting external systems including piping and environmental testing and/or quality assurance records, in compliance with DDW water quality standards and/or Regional Board requirements, and as normally kept for the purposes of design, construction and O&M for such Chino I GAC Treatment Plants and related conveyance lines, extraction wells and related infrastructure.
Project Records has the meaning given to it in Section 32.1(a).
Project Records means the Financial Records, schedule records, meeting records, meeting minutes, contracts, insurance, correspondence, plans, permits and authorizations and all other information held by New Commons relating to the Project, excluding the Property Documents and any communication subject to solicitor-client privilege.
Project Records means those records in PG&E’s possession relating to the operation and maintenance of the Project that are identified in Schedule 2.1(g).
