Reorganized Debtor definition

Reorganized Debtor means a Debtor, or any successor or assign thereto, by merger, consolidation, or otherwise, on and after the Effective Date.

  • On and after the Effective Date, except as otherwise provided in this Plan, the Plan Supplement, the Confirmation Order, or any agreement, instrument, or other document incorporated herein, each Reorganized Debtor may operate its business and may use, acquire, or dispose of property and compromise or settle any Claims, Equity Interests, or Causes of Action without supervision or approval by the Bankruptcy Court and free of any restrictions of the Bankruptcy Code or the Bankruptcy Rules.

Reorganized Debtor or "Reorganized Debtors" means individually any Debtor and collectively all Debtors from and after the Effective Date.
