Research Personnel definition

Research Personnel means the Lead Principal Investigator, Team Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators and all other employees, consultants and agents of the Institutions who will be engaged in and/ or perform the Research;
Research Personnel means the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigators and all other employees, consultants and agents of the Institutions who will be engaged in and would perform the Research;
Research Personnel means the Grantholder and the person or persons working under his/her supervision (including students, visitors and subcontractors).

  • The Institutions and Research Personnel shall, in performing this Contract, comply with the provisions of any relevant laws, statutes, regulations, by-laws, rules, guidelines and requirements applicable to it as the same may be amended or varied from time to time.

  • In all cases, all Participating Institutions involved in Research under the Agreement must communicate with one another regarding whether the SMART IRB SOPs or another set of policies and procedures will apply to such Research, and must require their Research Personnel (defined in Exhibit A) to review and follow the applicable policies and procedures.

  • Cooperate, and require its Research Personnel to cooperate, with any audit or investigation by the Reviewing IRB/Reviewing IRB Institution of any matter under this Agreement.

  • To require that its Research Personnel comply with the determinations and requirements of the Reviewing IRB(s), applicable federal regulations, and all applicable state and local laws and local institutional requirements relating to the Research.

  • Require its Research Personnel to provide any information about conduct of the Research at the Relying Institution that the Reviewing IRB requires for continuing review.


More Definitions of Research Personnel

Research Personnel means the Researcher and the Research Associates;
Research Personnel means the Fellow and any person working on the Grant Activities under their supervision. Student means an individual enrolled as a candidate for a postgraduate research degree at the Host Organisation. Term means the period from and including the Commencement Date to and including the Agreement End Date subject to clause 15 and any Extension under clauses 3.5 - 3.6 of this agreement.
Research Personnel means the Principal Investigator, Co-Principal Investigator, Collaborators, Consultants, Lead PI, Lead Co-PI and all other employees, consultants and agents of the Institutions who will be engaged in and/ or perform the Research;
Research Personnel means personnel who are to be, or have been, engaged in work at a station;
Research Personnel means the Principal Investigator and any of the Institution’s officers, employees, agents or contractors involved in rendering the Research. Term means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date (inclusive) and includes any extension agreed to by the Parties in writing.
Research Personnel means the Awardholder and any person working on the Research under his/her supervision, including but not limited to any co-applicant, co-investigator or collaborator, sponsor, supervisor, consultant, sub-contractor, visiting fellow, students or employee of the Recipient.
Research Personnel means all persons conducting or assisting with the Research or otherwise having access to [entity1] Confidential Information and/or Data in connection with this Agreement, on behalf of [entity2].
