Roadway Improvements definition

Roadway Improvements means the construction of the improvements to Xxxxxxxx Drive/RM 2238 to be undertaken by the County within the Project Area, including all utility relocations.
Roadway Improvements means all improvements that may be necessary to construct, maintain and repair any new and existing roadways and other means of ingress and egress over, across and along the Owner’s Property, including paving or surfacing of the roadways with asphalt, gravel or other roadway materials, installation of road signs and the construction and installation of culverts, bridges, drainage ditches, gates, cattle guards and similar structures and facilities.
Roadway Improvements means, collectively, the Phase 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxx Improvements and Phase 3 Roadway Improvements.

More Definitions of Roadway Improvements

Roadway Improvements means improvements to public roadway segments and intersections.
Roadway Improvements means the required improvements to the Xxxxxxx/Xxxxxxx right-of- way, the Xxxxxxx/Lime Creek Road right-of-way and the extension of Xxxxxxx Street.
Roadway Improvements means all elements necessary to construct approximately three (3) miles of two lane roadway on the Property in accordance with Xxxxx County requirements.
