Second Dividend Payment Date definition

Second Dividend Payment Date means the next date on which dividends are paid following the First Dividend Payment Date;
Second Dividend Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).
Second Dividend Payment Date means 16, 2005, or the following Business Day if such day is not a Business Day.
