Section D. Bargaining Unit shall mean the unit described in Article I, Section A.

Section D of the Cemetery means the grassed area consisting of Rows 104 to 224 (inclusive) as shown on Schedule “B”. Includes Bennett Memorial Columbarium and Legacy Gardens.

If the bargaining unit member’s normal duty assignment is performed on the Lake Worth Campus, Palm Beach Gardens Campus or Boca Raton Campus, and if he or she is assigned to the Belle Glade Campus as a part of his or her normal full load, he or she shall be credited with four clock hours of weekly scheduled time for each meeting of the class. These hours shall be in addition to the actual hours of the class meeting.

Section D means the completion of shadow running and commencement of revenue service approval obtained and the completion of all tests required by the Employer's Requirements in relation to that Section, including those System Acceptance Tests that must be successfully completed to enable Service Commencement;
