Sending Party definition

Sending Party means the Party that sends personnel, assets and equipment to the territory of the Receiving Party;
Sending Party means the Party providing the applicable data.
Sending Party means a Party called upon to provide Assistance to another Party and which actually provides Assistance to the Requesting Party.
