Series C-1 Issue Price definition

Series C-1 Issue Price means US$53.20, as appropriately adjusted for share splits, share dividends, combinations, recapitalizations and similar events with respect to the Series C Preferred Shares.
Series C-1 Issue Price means US$16.1049 per Series C-1 Share, as adjusted. With respect to each of the 232,847 Series C-1 Shares re-classified and re-designated from Series A-1 Shares, means US$12.884 per such Series C-1 Share.
Series C-1 Issue Price means US$0.2224 (which is converted from RMB1.5284 at a rate of RMB6.8716 to US$1.00, the mid-point exchange rate released by the People’s Bank of China on July 1, 2019), as adjusted pursuant to the Memorandum and Articles for share splits, share dividends, combinations, Recapitalizations and similar events with respect to the Series C-1 Preferred Shares.

Series C-1 Issue Price means initially US$7.00 per share, as appropriately adjusted for share splits, share dividends, combinations, recapitalizations and similar events with respect to the Series C-1 Preferred Shares, and subject to any subsequent adjustment pursuant to Sections 1.3 and 1.4 of the Purchase Agreement.

Related to Series C-1 Issue Price

  • Series A Issue Price means $1,000.00 per Series A Preferred Unit.

  • Issue Price means the price at which a Unit is purchased from the Partnership, after taking into account any sales commission or underwriting discount charged to the Partnership.

  • Series B Original Issue Price means with respect to the Series B Preferred Shares, an amount per share equal to US$1.43854 (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any share dividend, share split, combination or other similar recapitalization affecting the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares).
