Series D Issue Price definition

Series D Issue Price means $15.00 per Series D Preferred Unit.
Series D Issue Price means US$62.77, as appropriately adjusted for share splits, share dividends, combinations, recapitalizations and similar events with respect to the Series D Preferred Shares.
Series D Issue Price means US$6.7665 per Series D Preferred Share. The Company shall, as provided below, redeem the Preferred Shares.
