Service Cost definition

Service Cost means the reasonable and proper costs and expenses paid or incurred by the Superior Landlord in relation to the provision of the Building Services and the Estate Services (including irrecoverable VAT);
Service Cost means the cost of parts and labour incurred by the Retailer or Retailer Group in the provision of the Services.

Service Cost means the total of di- rect and indirect costs incurred to pro- vide a service to an associate or non- associate company which are properly charged to expense by the service com- pany.
