Subscription Receipt Agent definition

Subscription Receipt Agent means Computershare Trust Company of Canada;

Subscription Receipt Agent means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, in its capacity hereunder and any lawful successors or permitted assigns hereto appointed hereunder from time to time;

Subscription Receipt Agent means Odyssey Trust Company.

• Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, this indemnity shall survive the resignation or removal of the Subscription Receipt Agent and the termination or discharge of this Agreement.
