Subsidiary Grant Agreement definition

Subsidiary Grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient and EPF pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Grant Agreement; and
Subsidiary Grant Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which the Recipient shall make a portion of the proceeds of the Financing available to CORAF.
Subsidiary Grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient and ARIS pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Grant Agreement.

  • The Additional Condition of Effectiveness consists of the following, namely, that the Subsidiary Grant Agreement has been executed on behalf of the Recipient and CORAF.
