Supplementary Services definition

Supplementary Services means the services listed in the Price List which are provided on an Exchange Line and can be ordered as part of the Service;

Supplementary Services means services which are provided specific to a subscriber’s directory number and controlled either by the subscriber or by the service provider such as automatic alarm call service, call waiting, call diversion on busy or no reply, and any other such service;

Supplementary Services means services which are not included in the Basic Services but which may be provided by the town planning consultancy practice to supplement the Basic Services.

Examples of Supplementary Services in a sentence

• NGP warrants to the Customer that the Services and any agreed Supplementary Services will be provided using reasonable care and skill.

• Should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded refuse or neglect to execute and deliver the required performance and payment bonds or Certificate of Insurance to the Purchasing Agent within twenty (20) days of the date of award, then the bid bond of such bidder shall be forfeited and all such funds secured thereby shall become the property of County as liquidated damages.

• Any samples, drawings, illustrations, descriptive matter or advertising issued by NGP, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Services and any agreed Supplementary Services described in them.

• NGP shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates specified by us, but any such dates shall be estimates only and time shall not be of the essence for performance of the Services and any agreed Supplementary Services.

• On termination of this contract the Customer shall immediately pay to NGP all of NGP’s outstanding unpaid invoices and interest and, in respect of Services and any agreed Supplementary Services supplied but for which no invoice has been submitted, NGP shall submit an invoice, which shall be payable by the Customer immediately on receipt.

More Definitions of Supplementary Services

Supplementary Services or “Services” means a written description of the Hosted System and/or Supplementary Services you are buying from The Supplier, and related fees that is incorporated by reference in the Agreement, including any “plan” or other name given to a Services description that you submit to The Supplier as part of an online order process.

Supplementary Services means the scope of services in relation to the operation, maintenance of the Premises suited to individual needs and supplementary services related to the Premises which are defined in Appendix No. 6/b;

Supplementary Services means those training and consulting services offered by Infertek to the Region additional to the Initial Training as described in Section 7.3 and Schedule "B";

Supplementary Services means support provided to the school by parents and other members of the community to enrich the educational program of the school.
