Tower Operator Work definition

Tower Operator Work the following provisions shall apply:
Tower Operator Work means Tower Operator or any Tower Operator Indemnitee making Modifications to any Site or installing, maintaining, replacing or repairing any Tower Operator Equipment or Improvements, or permitting Tower Tenants (or any Tower Tenant Related Party) to install, maintain, replace or repair any Tower Tenant Communications Equipment or Tower Tenant Improvement.

Examples of Tower Operator Work in a sentence

  • Tower Operator or the subject Tower Subtenant shall pay, or cause to be paid, all fees and Taxes required by Law in connection with the Tower Operator Work.

Related to Tower Operator Work

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Project Work has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.03.
