Town Manager definition

Town Manager means the Town Manager of the Town of Chapel Hill or his/her designee and anyone acting pursuant to authority vested by state statute or local ordinance to issue local permits for Development on behalf of the Town of Chapel Hill.
Town Manager means the duly appointed chief administrative officer of the Town of Miami Lakes or designee.

Town Manager. “Mayor,” or “Vice Mayor,” shall mean, respectively, the persons holding such offices of the Town.

The Town of Miami Lakes shall be referred to herein as “Town”. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Town” without modification shall mean the Town Manager.
Town Manager means the Town Manager of the Town of San Anselmo, or the Town Manager’s designee.
Town Manager means the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town and where applicable includes a person designated by the CAO to perform that task or exercise that power in his or her place and stead;
