Unit Work definition

Unit Work means the type of work performed substantially by persons in the titles listed in Appendix D but such work currently performed by persons in other units or in non-unit positions shall not be prohibited.

  • As of the Effective Date, all agreements, understandings or practices of any kind that directly or indirectly permit the use of Outside Entities to perform Bargaining Unit Work are hereby agreed to be null and void.

More Definitions of Unit Work

Unit Work means the Permanent Work specified in the Contract Agreement, which has the conditions for independent construction and can be used separately.
