Work of Authorship means any computer program, code or system as well as any literary, pictorial, sculptural, graphic or audio visual work, whether published or unpublished, and whether copyrightable or not, in whatever form and jointly with others that (i) relates to any of Employer’s or its Affiliate’s existing or potential products, practices, processes, formulations, manufacturing, engineering, research, equipment, applications or other business or technical activities or investigations; or (ii) relates to ideas, work or investigations conceived or carried on by Employer or its Affiliate or by Employee in connection with or because of performing services for Employer or its Affiliate.
Work of Authorship means any original work of authorship within the purview of the copyright laws of the United States of America, and both the Company and Employee intend and agree that all Works of Authorship created by Employee in the course of his employment with the Company will be and shall constitute works made for hire within the meaning and purview of such copyright laws.
Work of Authorship means any computer program or system as well as any literary, pictorial, sculptural, graphic or audiovisual work, whether published or unpublished, and whether copyrightable or not, in whatever form and in whatever media, originated solely by me or jointly with others while I am employed at Harnischfeger: (i) relating to any of Harnischfeger's existing or potential products, processes, manufacturing, engineering, research, equipment, applications or other business or technical activities or investigations; or (ii) relating to ideas, work or investigations conceived or carried on by me in connection with or because of my employment by Harnischfeger.

In the event that any rights to the Works of Authorship are deemed not to be works made for hire, or in the event that I should, by operation of law, be deemed to retain any rights in such Works of Authorship, I hereby irrevocably and fully assign, without any further consideration and regardless of any use by the Company of any such Work of Authorship, all of my rights, title and interest, if any, in and to such Works of Authorship to the Company.
More Definitions of Work of Authorship
Work of Authorship means any literary, pictorial, sculptural, graphic or audio-visual work, as well as any computer program or system, whether published or unpublished, and whether copyrightable or not, in whatever form and in whatever media, originated solely by Employee or jointly with others, during employment by the Company or within one (1) year thereafter: (i) relating to The Chosen or any of the Company’s other media productions, if any; or (ii) relating to ideas, work or investigations conceived or carried on by Employee in connection with or because of The Chosen or any of the Company’s other media productions, if any.
Work of Authorship means any computer program, system, or database, as well as any written, graphic or other work or invention, whether published or unpublished, and whether copyrightable or not, in whatever form and in whatever media, originated solely by Participant or jointly with others, during employment by MAXIMUS (i) relating to any of MAXIMUS’ services, processes, applications or other business or technical activities or investigations; or (ii) relating to ideas, work or investigations conceived or carried on by Participant in connection with or because of employment by MAXIMUS.
