Technical requirements concerning Services. Maintenance and repair of the pumps: The scope of services includes all repair and maintenance activities, disassembling, inspection, parts replacement, assembling, alignment and the follow up commissioning of the pumps. For that reason, the Contractor shall ensure qualified personnel (service technician/engineer/supervisor) on site at the plant and all activities will be coordinated and agreed with a representative of the contracting authority. The services will be carried out upon request and each activity /repair will be preliminary coordinated between the Contractor and the Contracting authority. The Contracting authority reserves the right, where appropriate, to assign other tasks besides those set in the specification. Upon completion of the activities/repair, the Contractor shall submit Technical report on the maintenance activities. The acceptance of the activities takes place after successfully passing 72- hours test and issuance of Report of performed work.. Upon receipt of an emergency notification, the contractor must provide a representative's arrival at the plant within 72 hours of receipt of the request. • Overhaul of the cartridge of the main circulation pump The repair activities will be carried out in factory conditions at the equipment manufacturer’s base. The transport activities shall be Contractor’s obligation. Where necessary, the presence of an authorized representative of the contracting authority shall be provided at the time of inspection of the cartridge. Аfter the repair, the Contractor shall ensure qualified personnel for assembling, alignment and commissioning of the pumps in the power plant as all activities will be coordinated by a representative of the contracting authority. After the inspection, the Contractor shall submit an Inspection report, After the repair: Technical report on the overhaul activities, Assembly, alignment and commissioning report andReport of the performed work. All activities involving the replacement of parts and additional services which arise during inspection of the equipment must be agreed upon and approved by the contracting authority in advance. The contracting authority reserves the right to subcontract activities other than those indicated in the specification. The contractor must provide a guarantee period for all performed activities at least 12 months after completion of the repair.
