Furthermore, an additional account with a streaming provider – which may be subject to a fee – may be required for certain content. If the Customer is a consumer pursuant to Bulgarian consumer protection law, he/she has a right of withdrawal without stating any reason for a period of 14 days in case of the conclusion of the contract.
