Допълнителни изисквания 3.1.12. Additional Requirements. Чл. 26. При извършване за сметка на клиент на приемане, предаване и изпълнение на нареждания във връзка с един или повече финансови инструменти, включително посредничество за сключване на сделки с финансови инструменти, освен изискванията на този раздел се прилагат и разпоредбите на съответния раздел от тази глава, уреждащ отношенията между БУЛБРОКЪРС и клиента съобразно характера на предоставяната по договора услуга. Art.26. Upon execution on account of a client of: acceptance, forwarding and execution of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments, including intermediation for entry into of transactions with financial instruments, as well as portfolio management, apart from the requirements of this section the provisions of the respective section, of this chapter, regulating the relations between BULBROKERS and client shall also apply in accordance with the nature of the service provided under the contract.
