Documents Forming the Contract and Priority of Documents false statements to investigators in order to materially impede an investigation into allegations of a corrupt, fraudulent, coercive or collusive practice; and /or threatening, harassing or intimidating any party to prevent it from disclosing its knowledge of matters relevant to the investigation or from pursuing the investigation.
7.3 Should any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive practice
Documents Forming the Contract and Priority of Documents. 7.1 The following documents forming the Contract shall be in the following order of precedence, namely :
(a) The signed Contract Agreement;
(b) The Notification of Award;
(c) The Completed Tender;
(d) Particular Conditions of Contract;
(e) General Conditions of Contract;
(f) Technical Specifications;
(g) Drawings;
(h) Priced Schedule and Schedule of Requirements and ;
(i) Other Documents including correspondences listed in the PCC forming part of the Contract.
8.1 Subject to the PCC, the Goods and related services to be supplied shall be as specified in Section 6: Schedule of Requirements.
8.2 Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, the Scope of Supply shall include all such items not specifically mentioned in the Contract but that can be reasonably inferred from the Contract as being required for attaining delivery and completion of the Goods and related services as if such items were expressly mentioned in the Contract Agreement.
